NEW CONSTRUCTION

Our Project Managers understand how tight renovation schedules can be and we want our clients to remember how streamlined the project was based upon our performance. VA NATIONAL CEMETERY | RIVERSIDE, CA

The Riverside National Cemetery is the nation’s 3rd largest VA administered cemetery and our most active in terms of annual ceremonies. The Phase 5 Development project will provide for an additional 20,000 new gravesites, new facilities, upgrades. Spanos is supporting this multi-year effort by constructing a 6,900 sq ft Maintenance Building, two public restrooms for improved visitor experience, and a Public Information Booth to provide an improved experience for all visitors.

VA MEDICAL CENTER | LA JOLLA, CA

The VA San Diego Healthcare System (VASDHS) first opened its doors to patients in February 1972.
Today, VASDHS continues to serve San Diego and Imperial County Veterans with inpatient and outpatient care, innovative research, mental health, rehabilitation and social services. This current project is to renovate approximately 5,100 GSF on the Fourth Floor, West Wing of the facility due to extensive water damage. All Acoustical Ceilings, gypsum board and soffits are to be replaced and all affected areas properly remediated to compliance.
